The rules, how to report or block a player, and how to reach us.

The rules

Garden Wars is for everyone 13 and up. By playing online you agree to these rules, and we have zero tolerance for breaking them:

• No hate, slurs, threats or harassment, in chat or in a name.
• No sexual or violent content, and nothing that endangers anyone.
• No cheating, exploiting bugs on purpose or playing on someone else's account.
• No pretending to be staff, a creator or another player.

We remove what breaks them and ban the accounts behind it, with the Discord and Twitch accounts they linked. Rude words are starred out in chat, and a name with one can't be picked.

Report a player

Open their profile (the friends rail, their row, View Profile, or any leaderboard) and press Report, then say why: their chat, their name, cheating or something else. In a chat with a friend, the flag in its header reports their chat.

A report about a chat sends your last messages with them to our moderators. We read every report within 24 hours and act on it.

Block a player

Press Block on their profile, or under the flag in your chat with them. They stop being your friend, and neither of you can chat with, add, ask or invite the other. Changed your mind? PROFILE → Account → Blocked players.
